About Annabel Harper
Annabel has been coaching and mentoring for more than twelve years and is the founder of her
coaching and consulting company, Change Connections Ltd and is an Association for Coaching
Accredited Executive Coach. Constant shifts in global business means today’s leaders require
additional capabilities to lead successful teams and organisations and build collaborative
environments. Annabel will challenge and hold her clients to account in a supportive,
confidential and safe way, to encourage them to commit to developmental actions to sustain
their learning, make a difference and create long-lasting impact.
In addition to coaching and
mentoring, Annabel is an experienced facilitator, working with both small and large groups
supporting Action Learning Circles, group 360 and psychometric debriefs, peer consulting and
peer to peer coaching. She has designed and delivered workshops on topics such as managing
conflict and leading change.

Previous Career Experience:
Broadcast journalist at ITN, Channel Four News and BBC in Belfast, Northern Ireland
and London. Managed department of 80 journalists, including career development,
training, coaching, managing difficult conversations, dealing with conflict; member of
News Management Team, involved in budget planning, short and long-term strategy,
operations and staffing.
