Rahul Dhadphale (the founder of execedhub.com), is a highly accomplished facilitator, educator and practitioner with deep practical experience of designing and delivering high impact Leadership and Executive Development Programmes globally for over 20 years. Over the past 15 years he has worked very closely with many senior leaders and executives from National Oil Companies and government organisations across the GCC on an Advisory basis, focused on Leadership Development. Rahul also works with some of the worlds most prestigious academic learning institutions as a Leadership Facilitator to help transfer learning to senior and emerging audiences.

Rahul has designed and led workshops in all aspects of Leadership including; Management vs. Leadership, Purpose, Leading Change, Harvard’s Adaptive LeadershipTM framework, Story-telling among others, in addition to facilitating sessions supporting the transfer of learning from the Development Programme back to the participants and ultimately the client organisations. As a Programme/Learning Director, he has worked with renowned academics to support executives and international businesses understand the importance of Leadership during Digital Transformation Programmes. Furthermore, as an entrepreneur he has founded businesses in executive coaching and development and partners with leading academics to commercialise technologies related to Covid, renewable energy, climate change etc.

As Regional Director for Executive Education Middle East for London Business School based in the UAE, he successfully led extremely complex relationships and Leadership Development Programmes with some of the most prestigious GCC based institutions including government (e.g. NTEC, Kuwait), financial services (e.g. GiB, Mashreq Bank, National Bank of Oman) and natural resources sectors (e.g. ADNOC, KPC, Oman Oil, SABIC), among others.

Prior to LBS, Rahul was a Senior Consultant with StratX ExL headquartered in Paris. His expertise there included design and facilitation of simulation led high-impact executive learning and development programmes with iconic companies including Rolls-Royce, GE, Cisco, GM, Novartis, etc. on every continent in addition to supporting delivery of Services Marketing Executive Programmes at INSEAD.

His passion for change and executive development, has led him to work, deliver and facilitate projects globally across several world-class global organisations from Government, British Army, Financial & Professional Services, Industrial Business-to-Business, Automobile and Technology industries. In addition, Rahul has project managed large EU TACIS (Technical Aid to the CIS) projects in Siberia & Urals, Russia.
